These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the KindPocket mobile application and admin platform.
The platform enables users to purchase near-expiry wellness and OTC products at discounted rates, while vendors manage inventory through an admin portal.
Products sold are near-expiry but valid, safe, and compliant with applicable regulations. The term "expired" is not used or promoted. Users acknowledge expiry details before purchase.
Users must provide accurate information during registration. OTP-based and password-based authentication is used. Accounts may be suspended for misuse.
Payments may be made via UPI, cards, or COD. Orders once confirmed are subject to availability. Delivery status is tracked in real time.
Refunds are applicable only for delivered orders and subject to admin approval. Proof of delivery may be captured.
Vendors must complete onboarding, KYC, and ensure legal compliance of products listed.
Clearance discounts are automated based on expiry timelines. Campaigns cannot overlap for the same product.
User data is collected for order processing, personalization, and notifications.
Users consent to receive transactional notifications. Promotional alerts are configurable.
KindPocket is not liable for misuse of products beyond stated usage or expiry awareness.
Donation modules, NGO integrations, and B2B features will be introduced in Phase 2.
These terms are governed by the laws of United Arab of Emirates.
